$5 KITTEN COUPON Video Submission Promotion — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The KITTEN COUPON Video Submission Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Irving Consumer Products Limited (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 23, 2026 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 12, 2026 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion:

1. Visit kittencoupons.com during the Promotion Period.
2. Complete the online entry form with all required information.
3. Upload an original video according to the Video Submission Requirements below.

Limit: There is a limit of only one (1) $5 KITTEN COUPON per household. See section 7 for details. Submitting additional videos after your household has already been awarded one coupon will not result in additional coupons being awarded.

5. Video Submission Requirements

Only videos meeting the following criteria will be eligible to receive a $5 KITTEN COUPON:

• Theme: The video must feature a kitten or cat prominently. Sponsor will have sole discretion over deciding whether a video satisfies this theme and its decision in this respect will be final.
• Length: Maximum length 10 seconds
• Format: Acceptable formats include MP4, MOV
• File size: Must not exceed a size limit of 100 MB
• Single Upload: each unique video may only be uploaded once and not multiple times using automated means.
• Originality: The video must be the entrant’s original work, and the entrant must own all rights to the video and its content.
• Generative AI: The use of generative AI to create a video is prohibited.
• Rights: Entrants must have express consent from all individual(s) appearing in the video. The video must not include any music, graphics, images, or other copyrighted material or content created or owned by others (“Third Party Intellectual Property”), unless the entrant has obtained the express consent from the owner to use the Third Party Intellectual Property. The video must not include any identifiable third-party products, trademarks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor.
• Representation and Warranty: by submitting a video, you represent and warrant that it:
  • Is original to you and that you have obtained all necessary rights in and to the video (and all individual components thereof) to enter the Promotion;
  • Does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
  • Was not created with the use of generative AI;
  • Does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence;
  • Will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third-party; and
  • Is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it does not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following:
    • nudity (partial or otherwise);
    • alcohol/drug consumption or smoking;
    • explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo;
    • crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols;
    • derogatory characterization of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious, or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsor);
    • content that endorses, condones and/or discusses any illegal, inappropriate, risky behavior or conduct or any activity that puts an animal under any stress or harm;
    • personal information of individuals, including without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic);
    • commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsor;
    • identifiable third-party products, trademarks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor;
    • conduct or other activities in violation of these Official Rules; and/or
    • any other content that is or could be considered inappropriate, disparaging, unsuitable, offensive, or cruel, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

6. $5 KITTEN COUPON

Upon successful submission of a video that complies with these Official Rules, the entrant will be emailed a $5 KITTEN COUPON redeemable for any Royale bathroom tissue products at the email address collected at the time of submission.

There is a limit of one (1) KITTEN COUPON per purchase and the KITTEN COUPONS cannot be bundled. KITTEN COUPONS expire 45 days post request. KITTEN COUPONS are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. KITTEN COUPONS will be accepted at participating Canadian retailers, subject to the stated terms and conditions. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the KITTEN COUPON, the entrant will be responsible for any amount that is due over the value of the KITTEN COUPON. If the purchase value is less than the coupon value, no difference will be paid in cash to the entrant. Note: Each entrant will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes on the product purchased.

7. Publicity / License to Use Submitted Videos

By submitting a video, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name and city of residence and further grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, publicly display, communicate by telecommunication, edit, crop, adapt, and distribute the video, all for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Promotion or Sponsor’s business, without additional compensation.

8. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies (including, without limitation, its parent, sister and subsidiary companies), advertising and promotional agencies or other party in any way involved in the development or administration of this Promotion, and all of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability of any nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, for technical or upload failures at the Promotion website, lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries, and any damage or loss to the entrant arising from participation in the Promotion.

10. Indemnity

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Promotion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees will not be responsible for, and entrants agree to indemnity Sponsor for, any claims by third parties for a violation of Third Party Intellectual Property or for invasion of privacy or misappropriation of personality.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at kittencoupons.com.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

13. Governing Law

The Promotion and these rules are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, as applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Rules Govern

The Promotion will be run in accordance with the English Official Rules at kittencoupons.com, which shall prevail, govern and control in the event of any inconsistency with any Promotion-related materials including but not limited to French Rules.
